UrbanTech LLC accepts returns of unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories included with the order.
How to start a return

Refunds
Once a returned item is received and reviewed, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
